My journey with entrepreneurship began long before I became a Virtual Assistant. After moving to Australia, my husband and I founded Brazzo Snack Shack — a business that grew organically and became a recognised name on the Gold Coast.

For eight years, I worked behind the scenes managing administration, finances, customer service, marketing, and social media. Like many business owners, I believed I had to do everything myself — until I realised I didn't.

That experience gave rise to Cau Ortiz Virtual Assistant — built from real challenges and a genuine understanding of what entrepreneurs carry.
